As a former police officer and prosecutor, I understand how a case is made against a person alleged to have committed a crime. My past experience in these roles gives me the experience and knowledge to defend people charged with criminal offenses at every stage of the case starting with the arrest. I have years of experience dealing with arraignments, discovery, and preliminary hearings. My firm keeps abreast of current legal developments so that we can draft persuasive motions to suppress evidence and other pre-trial motions. My firm pays attention to the small details that often make the difference in a criminal case. From the time I am retained by a client, I begin to aggressively prepare the case.
I understand the stress and anxiety that many clients feel when confronted with matters like criminal allegations or family issues, such as a divorce. I will do everything that I can to make your experience with the legal process as free from emotional frustration as possible.
